  1. Login to your Admin console.
  2. Click on the Admin button (far left).
  3. Select the Admin by name.
  4. Click on Courses (righthand side), and checkmark the courses that the admin needs access to.
  5. Click Save to save changes.

How do I … Run a class-specific report vs. a bundle report?

To run a class-specific report, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your admin console.
  2. Click on Classes (far left).
  3. Select the class.
  4. Click on Reports (far right).
  5. Select your date range.
  6. Click on Run Report.

For a bundle report (all classes using a particular bundle):

  1. Login to your admin console.
  2. Click on Reports (far left).
  3. Select bundle.
  4. Select course(s).
  5. Select date range.
  6. Click on Run Report.

How do I … Reset a username, password or other information?

  1. Login to your admin console.
  2. Click on Students (or Users).
  3. Search for the student’s name in the top right.
  4. Select student name.
  5. From the information page, you can change their email or name in the top fields.
  6. At the bottom of the page, click on Change Username/Change Password to make those changes.
